Tinning
Tinning is an ancestral process which consists in applying a layer of tin in fusion on the inside of cooking utensils to protect them from oxidation. However, it's not necessary for the copper pans used for fast cooking as required for jams, sugar and chocolate.
Providing this service to many private or professional clients, we realise a hot tinning. Contrary to the modern Electrolytic processes this traditional method insures a longer life to the tin lining.
